Human Resources Job Description: Quality Assurance Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and for implementing and maintaining quality management system. This position interacts with research and development, production, purchasing, and customer service departments. Job Skills: Quality Assurance Director should have a minimum of a B.S. degree in science or engineering and preferably previous quality experience. The position also requires: Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements Familiarity with GMP (21 CFR 820) requirements Knowledge of statistics Strong comprehension of math Strong computer skills Strong communication skills Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain total quality management system for the entire company Oversee ISO and GMP related employee training Oversee quality control of finished products Communicate quality issues to research and development, purchasing, and production departments Work with research and development, purchasing, and production departments to resolve quality issues related to raw materials and finished products Oversee investigation and documentation of customer complaints Supervise quality control personnel All other duties as assigned Back to Job Listings
