1. How can I protect and shine my countertops?
Weiman® Countertop Cleaner and Polish not only cleans Formica®, Corian® and Granite, it also seals and protects these surfaces. Even old, dull surfaces will have a smooth, high-gloss sheen when cleaned with Weiman® Countertop Cleaner and Polish, which also leaves behind a protective coating to guard against stains and scratches.
2. Do Weiman® aerosols contain CFC’s?
No. Weiman® is very committed to producing natural cleaning products that are environmentally friendly. None of our aerosol products contain any ozone depleting chemicals. All of our furniture care products are biodegradable and safe for the environment.
3. Why is my Smooth Cook Top so dull?
The new glass/radiant cook tops are easy to care for with the right kitchen care product. All major appliance manufacturers of Smooth-Top Ranges recommend Weiman® Cook Top® because it is guaranteed not to scratch. Common household cleaners can scratch, causing your new range to look dull and damaged. Weiman® Cook Top® effectively cleans your range without scratching while it also leaves a protective coating on your range to keep it shiny and new as the day you bought it.
4. Do Weiman® Creams & Polishes clean my furniture and cabinets?
Yes. Weiman’s unique formulas not only moisturize your wood finish, they also clean and polish. Weiman® Wood Furniture products easily remove fingerprints, food and watermarks from your furniture and cabinets—and they protect your wood finish from damage.
5. Do Weiman® Furniture Creams & Polishes build-up on my furniture?
No. Our natural cleaning products are made from natural oils that nourish and moisturize wood finishes. Weiman® Wood Furniture Products contain no wax or silicone and when used as directed there is never a build-up when using Weiman®.
6. Is Weiman® Royal Sterling Silver Polish Tarnish Preventing?
Yes. Weiman® Royal Sterling Silver Polish brilliantly shines fine silver; it also leaves behind a tarnish-preventing shield to keep your silver looking beautiful for months. It is also certified Kosher For Passover by the Orthodox Union; we only use the purest of ingredients in making Royal Sterling.
7. Can silicone harm my furniture?
Silicone can produce a high shine but it can seep into the wood’s finish. In addition, silicone can seep deep down into the wood and often cannot be removed, making refinishing extremely difficult. That's why most furniture manufacturers recommend using polishes that don't contain silicones. Weiman® Wood Furniture products NEVER contain silicone.
8. Can Sunlight and Ultraviolet light damage my furniture?
Both Sunlight and Ultraviolet light cause furniture finishes to fade, and over long periods of time they can also dry and crack your wood’s finish which can cause it to flake off. Weiman® Furniture Creams, Polishes and Lemon Oil all contain UVX Sunscreen. When used regularly they will keep furniture finishes from fading and drying out.
9. Is Weiman® Wax Away® Candle Wax Remover safe to use on furniture, carpets and tablecloths?
Weiman® Wax Away® is a crystal-clear formula that will not hurt, damage or stain furniture, carpets or tablecloths. It safely and effectively removes candle wax from all of these surfaces.
